Yes, it’s true! Our Sockeye Salmon comes from the cool crisp clear water of the Pacific Ocean! Direct from the West Coast to you, making it the best Salmon Fish and Chips you have ever tasted. Its day-glow orange flesh renders more taste to the meal and is a premium product far healthier than the usual farmed salmon you find elsewhere!! Right, here we only use wild salmon of the Pacific Rim. Not only is it higher in protein, it is also lower in fat than its counterpart.
Once cooked at a perfect temperature, our salmon is wrapped within crispy crunchy secret recipe batter and is perfect for our chips. YAH!! It smells so GOOD!
