Landlubbers and sea-goers of all ages can enjoy interactive exhibits, roving performers, musical entertainment, art, theater, boat viewing and boarding and much more! This free festive event runs from Fiday 5th August to Sunday 7th August from 11am to 6pm at Britannia Heritage Shipyard. Visit ww.richmondmaritimefestival.ca for more information.

Meanwhile don’t forget about our Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market this Sunday. Not only will you meet with the farmers and the makers of beautiful crafts, you will also get a chance to support the locals and be part of Stevestonian community! Come visit the market at the corner of Third and Moncton Street and have a quick tour around for your favorite piece of arts and fresh produce. The market opens from 10am to 4pm.
